Limited Consumer Warranty
This limited warranty governs the following garage overhead storage products:

OverAll 2x4 overhead storage rack [maximum weight capacity 200lbs.]
OverAll 4x4 overhead storage rack [maximum weight capacity 300lbs.]
OverAll 2x8 overhead storage rack [maximum weight capacity 300lbs.]
OverAll 4x8 overhead storage rack [maximum weight capacity 500lbs.]
OverAll 2xN overhead storage rack expansion kit [maximum weight capacity 100lbs.]
OverAll 4xN overhead storage rack expansion kit [maximum weight capacity 200lbs.]
OverAll Nx4 overhead storage rack extension kits
OverAll Nx8 overhead storage rack extension kits
OverAll 2xN overhead storage rack additional shelf kits
OverAll 4xN overhead storage rack additional shelf kits

OverAll Solutions, Inc. (“OAS Inc.”) provides this limited warranty to you only if you are the original purchaser of the product. You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase in order for this warranty to be valid.

This warranty only covers non-commercial use of the product.

OAS Inc. warrants each of these products against defects in material and/or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

In the event the product you purchased has a defect (determined by OAS Inc’s inspection once received by OAS Inc.),OAS Inc. agrees that it will either repair the product or replace it, in the exercise of its sole discretion. OAS Inc. will not reimburse you for any costs you may incur in the installation or removal of the product, or its shipping, handling or return to OAS Inc.

This warranty is limited to defects in material and/or workmanship in the metal components only and does not include damage resulting from (among other things) improper installation or handling, alteration, misuse, abuse, overloading (including but not limited to unbalanced storage items) or failure to check screws at least annually. This warranty does not cover corrosion, discoloration and/or rust. These are not considered defects if they do not impair the weight bearing ability of the product.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, OAS Inc. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OR INCIDENT TO THE INSTALLATION AND/OR USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or whether an implied warranty applies or not, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. No other warranty, written or verbal, will be honored for this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

WARNING

OverAll Solutions, Inc. (“OAS Inc.”) shall not be liable for any injury or loss resulting from the use of any of the products. Any action brought against OAS Inc. must be brought within six (6) months of the incident giving rise to the action. Any action of any kind must be brought only in Orange County, California.

The use of a garage overhead storage rack involves a risk of injury, especially if they are improperly installed or secured, or if they are improperly loaded. Items not properly shelved may fall and cause injury or damage. Items may also fall where the racks are overloaded or items are unevenly distributed causing injury or damage. Persons may also be injured lifting items overhead. Each product has a maximum weight and load capacity rating. Do not attach more than two storage racks to the same joist/ceiling stud/rafter/wood beam. In no event should you exceed those weight and load capacities. Doing so may lead to serious injury and/or damage, none of which will OAS Inc. be responsible.

Damage in shipping. OAS Inc. is not responsible for damages to merchandise in transit. Damages incurred during transit should be noted at once and reported to the carrier without delay. Any claim should be filed with them.
